In 2017 I completed a research paper on Followership which drew widely from my experiences in the equine-assisted learning workshops I have been running.
This paper was submitted to the 2017 Roffey Park Research Competition, and was awarded second prize.

In 2019, I wrote another paper on the theme of ‘the human aspects of the future of work’. This paper looks at the importance of learning and emotional intelligence for the future, and how equine-assisted learning programmes can be a valuable tool in the development of both.
