Who are we?
Owner and lead facilitator Sarah Krasker: Chartered MCIPD with a BSc in Psychology, certified in Neurolinguistic Programming (Business Practitioner) and equine-assisted learning.
I’ve been working as an independent learning and development consultant since 2006, based in French-speaking Switzerland and working with clients around the world.
I design and deliver learning and development events, consult on training design, and facilitate workshops for multinational corporations and international organisations around the world. I speak both French and Spanish fluently, and deliver training in both these languages as well as in English. My area of focus is soft-skills training – train-the-trainer, presentation skills, facilitation skills, leadership and management skills, team-building, communication skills.
More recently, building on more than 40 years of experience owning, riding and competing with horses, I became certified in equine-assisted learning. I was thus able to combine my professional training with my extensive knowledge and understanding of horses, and extend my offering to include workshops with horses.
I work with a trusted team of horse handlers, and have a network of coaches and qualified equine-assisted learning practitioners to call on when needed.
Where are we?
Our base for equine-assisted learning is Bavois, Switzerland, located between Lausanne and Yverdon. It’s ideally suited for workshops, having a covered arena as well as a comfortable area for the non-equine sessions. It’s not a typical corporate training venue – we have comfy sofas to relax on and a big log fire to warm you up in winter once you’ve finished working in the arena! In the summer, we have a sunny terrace with a stunning view over the horse pasture to feed your eyes on while you eat.
It’s also very easy to access. By road, we’re 10 minutes away from the motorway, and if you prefer the train, 5 minutes from the Bavois train station.
Of course, if you’re not located in Switzerland we can still help you. We can work with you to find a suitable venue (and horses) anywhere in the world. As the horses don’t need any special training to be used in the workshops, we can literally deliver anywhere in the world that there are horses … which is pretty much anywhere!
