Participating in an equine-assisted experiential learning programme

So you’ve decided that equine-assisted experiential learning is the right approach to your development needs, and you’d like to set up a programme or a workshop for yourself, your team, or your entire organisation?

Excellent!

The first step is to get in touch and arrange a meeting to discuss exactly what you’re looking for.  Face-to-face if possible, or on the phone if we’re not able to meet.

We offer one-to-one coaching programmes as well as group development programmes, so if it’s just for you we can look at this option first.  If you’re looking for something for a wider audience, we can talk about the needs of the target audience and what they need and want to get out of a development programme.

As well as learning objectives and structure of the programme, we’ll discuss costing.  Our standard cost model is based on a per day rate for design, preparation and delivery of the programme, plus a per person rate for use of the equine facilities (including the horses), and facilitator travel and accommodation expenses if needed.

We frequently offer taster sessions for those who want to better understand how equine-assisted experiential learning works, so if you or your colleagues would like to try before you buy you can do so.  You can attend one of our open taster sessions, or if you prefer we can arrange a tailored taster session for a small group of decision makers from your organisation.  We can also deliver in-house presentations and/or Q&A sessions about equine-assisted experiential learning if needed.

So give us a call on +41 79 257 22 69 or send an email to info@equineleader.ch and get the process started!
